Citizens Online launches its Digital Exclusion Risk map of England

In order to face the challenge of increased digital exclusion risks during the pandemis, Citizens Online has recently launched, in England, a map to help identify areas where there are more elderly people who don’t tend to use digital tools and services, or who are not online.
