The transnational DREAM ROAD project, co-funded by the Interreg / Danube Transnational Programme of the European Union, involves organizations from 10 countries in the Danube region working together on Roma empowerment and inclusion. The project aims to support the importance not only of education, but also of modernization and digitalization in Roma communities. To this end, the project aims to set up learning laboratories to improve digital knowledge, digital literacy of Roma and establish broad alliances in their implementation. DREAM ROAD will strengthen the capacity of public organizations to better address Roma issues through innovation and dialogue, and will provide Roma communities with knowledge and tools to achieve a lasting impact. The transnational framework will allow the implementation of transferable solutions, tested locally. With activities practically launched at the end of 2020, the project will last 24 months, until July 2022.
