The Poznan Centre for Senior Initiatives launches a digital support helpline for seniors
The Poznan Centre for Senior Initiatives offers telephone support to the senior citizens of Poznan in the use of new technologies.
A special telephone number has been launched, where one of the Centre’s staff members provides digital advice three times a week.
Support includes solving problems with computer, tablets, smartphones and cameras, advice on sending an e-mail, downloading applications and programs for free Internet calls and video calls, creating an account of Facebook and other social networking sites, and getting free learning materials to learn new technologies without leaving home, doing internet searches.
Consultation is offered to users free of charge.
