Anna Tsiboukli, is a Psychologist with a PhD from the Institute of Education, University of London and a post-doc from the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London. She has an extensive work experience for over 27 years in addiction prevention, research and education, in psychology, adult Education and group dynamics. She is collaborating for over 20 years with the Hellenic Open University (www.eap.gr) teaching and supervising research thesis and running training groups on methods of adult education, at the post-graduate Master’s degree course on “Adult Education”. She has written several papers in Greek and international peer review journals and she is co-author of the book ‘Group Dynamics and Change in Organisations’. Her recent publication is on adult education and psychological dilemmas, is included in a volume published in 2020 by Routledge on Transformative Learning. She is member of the scientific committees in several national and international peer review journals, member of the International Society of Addiction Journal Editors and other bodies. In year 2019 she received the 'Eric Broekeart' Award from the European Federation of Therapeutic Communities, for her contribution in the development of Training Programmes for mental health and addiction professionals and former drug users in Greece. She is one of the founding members of the Hellenic Adult Education Association and founder of the 360action a consultation not-for-profit organization established in Greece at times of socio-economic crisis.
