Online tutorials for basic digital skills in COVID times
Abstract
Not everyone has the same access to technology, and for this reason, the COVID19 crisis and the situation of confinement are accentuating situations of digital divide. From the Official College of Social Work of Madrid with the collaboration of Inmersion TIC Academy, we promote the #TSocialContigo project so that no person is disconnected. Through tutorials on YouTube, users can learn to use email, messaging, video calling, social media, or any useful digital tool, in order to be in contact with their social worker. We have made available to professionals and citizens the possibility of requesting specific tutorials, which we are progressively developing.
